Since March 2025, Country Manager for Finland and the Baltics at Capture Energy Oy. Previous roles include senior positions in diplomacy, trade promotion, and corporate advisory across Europe, the Americas, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia, with work experience in over 50 countries. Expertise spans M&A, ESG, crisis management, compliance, and technology start-up advisory. Holds an MBA from Duke University and an MSc in International Political Science from Lund University.

We provide event management software to boost meaningful encounters, and after having reached the number 1 position in the Nordics we are on our way to conquer Europe.

    Mika Tikkala is the Co-Founder and CEO of HIRMU, a company focused on coaching and consulting software businesses on customer loyalty and team performance. A seasoned entrepreneur with over 16 years of experience, Mika has hired close to 1,500 sales professionals in the tech and manufacturing industries. He’s also a certified business coach and the creator of the Player First Method™, a framework designed to improve team performance by focusing on the people behind the roles.

    Mika’s career has taken him from organizing 10,000-person concerts and Oscar-themed corporate events to scuba diving and golfing around the world. His international journey includes time spent living in Oregon, studying in Amsterdam, and working in Thailand—each experience shaping his global perspective on leadership and communication. Today, he’s on a mission to fix miscommunication for one million people.

    Sinan is an AI Scientist at Verso Vision, where he teaches machines to see and understand the world through computer vision and deep learning. With a background that bridges both academia and industry, he is passionate about making AI practical, explainable, and impactful. Sinan has led multidisciplinary projects and enjoys sharing his work through talks that translate complex technologies into ideas everyone can connect with. When he’s not decoding data, you’ll likely find him on the tennis court, perfecting his best Djokovic impression.

    A seasoned management professional with broad experience in high-growth scale-ups, currently working as the Finance Lead. Studied and worked in the University of Helsinki and Aalto-University in the field of Economics. Football enthusiast, dedicated foodie and a self-educated whiskey connoisseur.
